    Hi! I definitely understand what you mean, well i have the same problems way back then so here’s what I did: I provided some tips on how to eliminate extra weight on you legs.

    1. Long walk puts your body in a continuous rhythmic motion. This is to put the body into a sustained period of repetitive rhythmic body motions, performed over a period of time consistently and regularly. It is by far the ultimate form of exercise to get rid of cellulite.

    in order to have nice legs u have to exercise and target the legs with leg exercises..
    you need to do that

    1. try doing squats, leg presses,hamstring curls, and calf raises
    4 sets per exercise, 10 – 12 reps.. once a week this workout

    the rest of the week try exercises like running, tennis, swimming, kickboxing
    whatever u feel is best for you..

    and eat a better diet.. more protein, less carbs…. but u still need to eat atleast 10x your current bodyweight in calories
