How to loose weight quickly ;D?

Okay this is going to be really long ;D
So i am 13 and am very fat in my opinion. 🙁
i really wanna loose weight quickly for summer – very quickly for that matter. i wanna fit in my bikini and show some skin 😛
But i wanna do it without spending any money, starving myself or taking any diet pills.
Is there any way i can do this?
and BTW are diet pills dangerous.

I dont want anyone to tell me i dont need to diet, if your gonna saythat dont even bother answering :S

    Its fun and it helps you lose a ton of weight if you play it good!

    get natural!!! eat atleast 5-6 servings of fruits and vegetables each day. They’re extremely low on fat, fill ur stomach and are packed with vitamins and energy. I call fruits as nature’s candies. In fact, its possible to survive ONLY on fruits n veggies. Listen to ur favorite bands or singers, call ur best friendlover, fill ur stomach with fruits or just go outside or shopping when u get the craving to eat junk food. Engage in physical activities where u can enjoy urself such as hiking, picnics, swimming, playing sum sort of games such as beach volleyball and stuff. Travel by foot instead of the car. It would save the cost on gasoline and even burn alot of calories. Drink plenty of water and avoid softdrinks. Remember, its very important that u enjoy ur healthy fruits and physical activities or ul lose interest. If u try this, ul notice a huge difference. I havnt tried this personally, i got my abs by running 6 miles a day 5 days a week…but if u try running, it would be punishing urself bcos most ppl HATE running(that’s the biggest mystery which is yet to b solved cos i jes LOVE RUNNING)…but i guarantee this will work cos its worked for one of my friends…so basically u jes need to enjoy lyf the RIGHT way…u dont need to punish urself with exercises u dont enjoy

    Start jogging every morning and every afternoon.

    Jumping jacks, sit ups, push ups, etc.

    Also try to cut the sugar out of whatever you eat.
    Example: If you eat cake, don’t eat any of the frosting. If you’re about to eat a candy bar, switch it for a fruit of some kind. And instead of rice, make yourself a nice big salad :]]

    Your still young and growing and most likely are carrying alittle puppy fat still.
    There is no real quick way of loosing weight drastically =].
    Just eat healthily and do exercise about an hour a day.
    Swimming is exellent for all over legs, bums and tums. Walking up hill and running are brill too. Also make sure you drink pleanty of water.
    Stay healthy and dont worry too much !

    It takes time and you have to live with that.

    Start exercising daily.
    Try biking,running,swimming, or any physical activity for atleast 30 minutes a day minimal three times a week.

    You’ll also need to drink lots of water.
    Drinking water because of being tired isn’t going to make you look weak, or pathetic to other people.
    So just do it. Try having atleast 8 glasses a day.

    Then your going to need to eat healthy.
    A lot of people cut breakfast because they think its going to help then loose pounds.
    WRONG. You need 5 meals a day. Now by a meal this is what I mean

    Breakfast
    Snack(granola bar,yogurt)
    Lunch
    snack
    dinner
    snack

    Always make them small snacks, and low on calories.
    Try not to eat any dessert or things like that, and if your going to, try to limit it to the weekends, or once or twice a week. But even then you cant go overboard.

    Another thing you need to do after excersising is eat something with protein. You could probably find something you like by searching up “foods with protein” on google.

    Without protein your muscle gets smaller.

    So.
    Top priorites are

    Eat healthy
    Exercise
    drink lots of water.

    I joined mycoreprogression.com with jon cerf he was my trainer at 24 hr fitness and between doing his ab workouts and cardio u have a great chance to lose weight and omg its so fun I hate doing stomach work outs….but i love the sets he has me do and I have seen the results.. its ten dollars a month sooo worth it.

    I do this// i should send me a pic of ur body in a bathing suit and I will tell u if u r fat.. I know when I was ur age I thought I was fat too but now that I look back I wish I was that lil again… just a suggestion and once I see ur body type I can ask Jon Cerf my trainer what you should do for working out and see what he suggests if you even need to lose weight.. maybe u just need to tone.. send pic to [email protected] and we will see if u really need this

    NEVER take diet pills. The only thing they do is dehydrate you and since your body is 98% water you gain all the weight back as soon as you drink some water.

    My best (shunned upon by most) advice is whenever you start to feel hungry just drink a ton of water. My friend weighed over 200lbs and is now 160 and that’s all he said he did. When you get that hunger pain just drink a lot of water.

    Make sure you eat 3 healthy meals a day and avoid fatty foods and breads (carbs) as much as possible.

    If you eat sandwiches you can eat them “open faced” just take one of the buns off and it’s a little bit better for you. Avoid eating junk food and eat whole and healthy alternatives that fill you up. Fruit and veggies are a great way to stop hunger and fill you up. Try to eat dinner at around 6PM and then don’t eat much after that because if you eat at night your body wont work any of the calories or carbs off during sleep. Wake up early and eat a good breakfast (yogurt and granola, fruit salad, cereal) then a good lunch and good dinner.

    DO NOT EVER EVER EVER EAT AT FAST FOOD PLACES.
    Not only is the food TERRIBLE for you health-wise is TERRIBLE for you emotionally too, it will make you feel run down and like you have no energy. Watch “Super Size Me” by Morgan Spurlock and never eat at a fast food place again.

For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.
