How to loose weight fast(in 2 weeks)?

My friend is 15 and half years old.In June she will make 16.She is very sad and she is already boring to me because she is fat in but…And she also has a lil bit fat legs and she is so unhappy.In two weeks she will go on trip with her class on 3 days,and she doesn’t want to swim on trip because she don’t want to Take off her clothes in front of Other girls…I don’t know what to tell her.How to loose weight fast?!

    Just tell her everybody’s bodies are built differently and if she wants to make a change then it has to be for her total life time.
    Tell her to work out at least 3-4 times a week and drink plenty of water.
    Cardio no push ups !

    Tell her to exercise like walking a mile or two everyday, do push ups, set up, and crunches. Tell her to eat healthy foods like vegges and fruit, chicken and/or tuna because those foods have protein which helps build muscles not fat and to drink only water NOTHING else but keep the water in take to 64 oz a day. When I say “NOTHING” else I mean soft drinks that contain caffeine. And in 2 weeks she will be able to lose a good 5 to 10 pounds which doesn’t sound like much but it well make a difference.     FAT loss is a pretty slow process. In terms of actual fat, most people cannot lose more than 2 pounds per week without slowing down their metabolism to dangerous levels.

    However, when people lose weight (especially at the start of a healthy diet), there is more to consider than just fat.
    There are 5 things that can effect overall body weight.
    Fat
    Muscle
    Water
    Glycogen
    Intestinal bulk

    If your friend counts her calories, making sure to eat 500 under her TDEE (see source!) for 2 weeks straight, she may be able to drop up to 10 pounds due to losing a little bit of all 5 of those things I mentioned. (After the first 10 pounds, weight loss will slow down a lot…there’s only so much water, glycogen, and intestinal bulk that one can lose!)
    It’s even better if your friend eats 250 calories less than her TDEE, and also increases her daily physical activity enough to burn 250 calories. That way she’s getting a total deficit of 500, but some of it is from diet, and some from exercise!

    Also, this friend of yours needs to be eating healthy foods, not just counting calories.
    Carbs: Oatmeal, brown rice, sweet potato, LOTS of veggies, fruits
    Fat: Almonds, olive oil, peanut butter, egg yolks (in moderation)
    Protein: Lean meats, egg whites, protein shakes

    If you lose weight too fast your skin won’t shrink with you and it’ll hang off of you and you’ll look like an old woman.

    Believe me. I went from 270 to 190 by not really eating anything at all, and now I look like a empty plastic bag.

    Don’t lose weight fast. Especially in 3 days, my god. The most she could lose on the most EXTREME diet is like, what, 5-6 pounds? And I doubt any of it will come from her legs. She just has to eat normally and exercise more. Don’t starve yourself. Please.

    And what the hell do you mean by “she is already boring to me because she is fat in?” Either that’s bad grammar or you’re saying she’s boring because she’s fat. That’s just plain mean. I don’t know why she’d want to be your friend if you’re going to judge her like that.
