When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow

exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don’t eat wheat then you don’t eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don’t eat junk food, and you don’t eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It’s not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym – a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

well its simple – it requires a change in lifestyle not a diet –
A diet scares the body and the body goes into preservation mode and thats why people put on weight so quickly when they stop dieting.
Firstly take a good look at everything you do daily and see where you can improve ‘movement’ ie exercise naturally – walk quicker, walker further, do a flight of stairs twice instead of once, while watching tv fill the advert breaks with a spurt of energy – take a quick walk up stairs or downstairs, do a quick exercise and alternate it for each advert break. Dance when a nice song plays on the radio – its a nice quick 3min burst of energy. Buy a skipping rope – 1st day skip for 1min, 2nd day try 1.5 min etc.
Drinks – drink more water and drink a glass before each meal. Stop fizzy drinks they are the worst.
Dont drink during a meal it confuses the body.
Meals – plan them weekly so that you have everything on hand instead of not having what you need and spurging out on junk food. Change your plate size to smaller one – you’ll eat less. Eat your meals quietly ie no tv, no phones, no distractions, eat slowly and savour each mouthful – a person eats more when they are watching movies or distracted so change your eating habit to eat undistracted and savour each mouthful – you’ll eat less.
Make changes naturally and slowly and fun – dont shock the body or make it a drag – little constant changes are hardly noticeable an before you know it you are doing more and more to be health.
