How to loose weight fast?

Ok so i’m a total junkie (junk food eater)
I’m not over weight or anything I’ve just got some extra gut & thigh that I don’t want or need.
I need some tips on how to loose weight & fast.
I don’t want to go to the gym its too expensive so I would appreciate some tips that I could do around the house that would help me loose my extra flab.

    For that, they always say SITUPS! But it’s not true.

    Situps just tone the stomach muscles, not get rid of the fat.

    Anyway… Running is meant to be good for that, and swimming is meant to extremly good as well.

    Eating healthily though is the main thing. Eating way too much junk will just leave you bloated all the time. Try salads and genaral healthy meals like spagbowl or pasta.

    I recently bought a machine called the leg magic / leg master. It is a simple piece of equipment that you stand on and use your body weight to slide your feet apart. It comes with a DVD work out that lasts for only 13 minutes. You are recommended to do it 3 times a week. I have been using it for 4 weeks now, just a couple of minutes a day and i can certainly feel it working. It tones the inner and outer thighs, buttocks and abs. It is a lot harder to use than it looks but i would definitely recommend it. They are not too expensive (i bought mine for around £35.00) but you can also get them on ebay.
