Do some weight training to boost up your metabolism. Buy a pair of dumbbells to start. Cut out all sugar/high fructose corn syrup completely from your diet. Suger is what makes people fat. Eat vegetables, lean protein, and whole grain foods. Stay away from fast food and processed foods. Drink plenty of water. Stick to your exercise plan no matter what. You have to make that a permanent part of your life like brushing your teeth and bathing.

In order to reduce the fat on your lower belly you must start a diet that incorporates vegetables and fruits in it. Foods that are high in protein, low in fats and sugar is the kind of food items that you need to include in your diet.
Sizing down your intake of fats and sugars by half is enough to be able to reduce the amount of fat in your body. There are times when you wake up and you are not hungry, in this case you tend to skip breakfast. Even though this may be the case you must grab a small meal, even a piece of fruit will keep you satiated for the entire morning.
Avoid eating large meals as they do not digest well; instead you can eat smaller meals more often. Avoid foods that are high in sodium though. If you are craving snacks that are not high in nutrition; you may give into your craving at that point in time else you will end up binging at a later stage.
