How to Loose Fat Fast?

I have a reunion coming up soon and would like to drop two dress sizes in two weeks. What is the best way to loose the weight quickly? I think I have an OK but not brilliant diet and have not done any regular exercise for over 5 years.

    You can drink herbal teas.Also you must drink 8 or 10 glass water.It works!Don’t eat to much.Try to eat salad.Listen music to motivate yourself in diet.You can walk for the exercise.All of this I lost fat.

    Eat about 6 calories per pound daily. Exercise (swim, run, cycle) for about an hour each day. Do core work (crunches, twisting crunches, leg lifts, reverse crunches, side bends, squats, pushups) for about a half hour every day. Drink lots of water, it flushes wastes.

    Good luck, and don’t be too disappointed if weight doesn’t come off all at first, just give it some time.
