Hey, My friends brother who ways 15stone, And he’s only 12 Years old, Amazing ‘Eh? I was wondering, How long would it take to loose that amount of weight, And can you give him some Weight tips. And diet plans ETC. Thanks.

    When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
    If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which

    Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Drink lots of water. forget about soda drinks (Pepsi and coke).
