How to get bigger muscles and lose fat?
Im a little on the husly side, However i wana lose it by creating muscle not just fat burning. I dont have to much time for the gym considering my busy schedual. What should i do? Also can i take any powder to help grow creatine? protein? Im already dieting and i havent seen great results in the last month. Any advice?

To get rid of fat, dieting will work to an extent…but get bigger muscles however, exercise is the only way. I’d exercise 5 days a week with a healthy diet and you will definitely see results.
