well thats hard because you could be gaining muscle and loosing fat and still weight the same. But just do your BMI se how much you are overweight get that number and divided by your total weight

It does not work that way. If you lose weight say with crash dieting your body fat would probably go up. If you exercise and stay the same weight your body fat will probably go down. There are infinite scenarios in between. Pick a weight say 105 pounds plus 5 pounds per additional inch of height. Lose or gain weight to get you there and do cardio and strength training.
