How to be fit and to lose my poping out belly?

Hi ,
I am 22 male -lazy guy
within a year i got a belly .
I dont need a six packs but i would like to fit .

    Well, buddy, for a self proclaimed lazy guy, here is the best advice I can give.

    Go for a short run every day – start with a mile. It should take you about ten minutes at a really leisurely pace.

    Or you can try lifting weights. Even sitting on the couch watching TV, you can curl soup cans or gallons of milk if you don’t want to invest in real weights.
