How someone too busy can lose weight fast.?

Hi everyone. My goal is to lose 10 lbs quick. However, my life is way too full. I am full-time student and a full-time worker. Any diet tips or exercising secrets you have would be helpful.

Please do not recommend any programs like Jenny Craig or surgery. I want to do this on my own and in a healthy way.

    Cut out the fast food and junk food. Replace with fruits and vegetables. And make sure you eat breakfast. That will get your metabolism going early and you will burn calories throughout the day.

    Here’s some things you can do to squeeze in some quick exercise without taking time out of your normal routine:
    -take the stairs, always! (within reason, don’t go climbing 18 flights or you’ll pass out)
    -if you drive to school, leave your books in your car and walk to get them between classes
    -when you can, stand instead of sit. so if you take the bus, try standing and letting someone else take a seat if it’s full
    -keep healthy snacks in your bag, like an apple or a healthy granola bar (not those ones dipped in chocolate with sprinkles…like that’s good for you)

    There really is no “fast” way, it takes time, my workout takes me like half an hour- an hour everyday, I’ve been doing this since april and I only lost 30lbs, I am still overweight. It might be because I gained muscle mass. Some healthy foods are eggs, boil them though and don’t add any salt, I usually have an egg or two with a slice of bread. Maybe a sandwich with lettuce and chicken/turkey, these are really the healthiest meats, and do not add mayo, this just ruins the “healthiness” of the sandwich try adding something like mustard. Try making a homemade soup, but do not add too much salt, butter or oils!
