How should i start losing weight?

How do i start losing weight? What should i not eat, and what exercises should i do. I can probably do most of the regular exercises well.

    First, get used to start running everyday. it has to be at least 40 minutes at first, or else your exercise is pointless. then eventually aim for at least an hour of non stop running, that should be at least 4 miles. run 4-5 days a week. 2 days in a row and 1 day rest. then repeat it.
    Second, change your diet, no soda or junk food, try eating a chicken breast salad every nite.
    Third, don’t eat past 7pm

    veggies- fresh, canned, frozen
    lean meats-
    fruits
    milk
    whole wheat breads
    u can make so many different healthy meals u will never get bored. start with walking then move to running.. lift weights.
