How should a fit and healthy heart rate ‘behave’? [Read details]?
I know that resting and exercising heart rate should be within certain ranges, but I’ve also heard the quicker your heart rate can slow down again after exercising, the more ‘fit’ you are. Is this true? If so, why is this the case? If not, can you make a judgement of fitness by your heartrate?
Thankyou very much : )

Well, something around 70 to 90 seems to be normal and healthy to me.
If its between them then you are healthy.
