How much weight will i lose if i go two weeks with barley eating?

I want to lose as much weight as i can in two weeks, and i hate exercising and i just want to lose weight by barley eating. How much can i lose in two weeks if i just eat a small supper?

    You’re gonna lower your metabolism and most likely gain more weight. Your body will feed off everything good and leave your fat for last. If you want to lose weight, you have to work out and eat healthy. Eat 4 to 6 times a day about every 3 or 4 hours. Eat more often but in smaller portions. Make sure to cut out all junk food, soda, and candy.

    You won’t lose weight. When your body doesn’t get enough food, it goes into “survival” mode lowering your metabolism and making everything you eat turn to fat. It’s also EXTREMELY un healthy to starve yourself. Plus, it’s hard not to eat, and you might crack and binge, and that will just make you gain more weight. The best weigh to lose weight is through diet and exercise. Sorry.

    you’ll need to eat small meals throughout the day, unless your after a low calorie, low carb meal, then you’ll need to keep up the routine of small portions.
