How much weight do you have to lose to see a difference ?

Im anxious to lose weight and I want to know how much it will take to start seeing a difference. Im not overweight I’m slim but not in my best shape that I’d like to be in .

    For a tiny female, 2-3 pounds can make a difference. (If she weighs in the 90’s.) But if you’re 100-120 it would take anywhere from 5-10 pounds to see any difference.
    In other words, the more you weigh, the more it takes to notice a change.
