How much should i exercise?

I really want to loose weight, so i started eating very healthy. I work about 4 days a week 5-7 hours a day and i am walking constantly, that is basically my job, i NEVER stop walking at work, i do this as i said 4 days a week 5-7 hours with a 30 min lunch. I consider that a good workout, should i do more? Is that enough to make me loose weight quickly?

    That wont get you fast results. You need to get your heart rate up and just walking around all day wont do that. Try running, or join a gym. I do kickboxing and its a GREAT cardio workout, and really fun.

    After a long day like that you might feel too tired to do anything after. You just have to push yourself, and once you get going you will feel great
