How much running should I cut down to gain muscle?
Hello,
I’m 158 pounds, 5’8 and I love running. I do 60 min of cardio 6 days a week and 7 k runs 4-5 days a week. But I’m realizing now I need to gain muscle. I’d like to at least gain 10 pounds of muscle, so i’m just wondering how much running should I cut back?

I don’t think you need to cut down on your running. Just eat more and do weight training. That way, your body can use the extra calories to build muscle. If you really want to cut down, don’t go lower than 30 minutes. Your heart is a muscle too. It needs to be worked.
