Im 13 years old. I am 122 pounds and I am 5’3”. Im looking to go into weight watchers to prepare for next years baseball tryouts. How many points should I have per day. Any suggestions other than weight watchers?

Don’t do it! Your at a really good height/weight ratio right now. Instead of weight watchers, you should go start lifting weights and going for runs. Just eat healthy foods and get your fruits and veggies!

25 points. i did weightwatchers when i was 12 and i am messed up with my eating. i also did another diet when i was 10.
im not going to say dont as its your choice obv, but just be careful with diets -esp so young.

seriously…you are at a great ht/wt right now…if anything find a coach or trainer that can help you with your weak pts in baseball….if it is running or throwing then work on those areas….you can develop speed and agility with the right training….take care and work at it…..

i am 13 years old and i aint the skinniest of people i give my self 20 points a day and it is workin out super for me in the first week i lost 3 pounds and the 2 week i lost 2pound then the week after i lost 4 pounds it works amazing just give your self 20 points to start of with 🙂
