How many calories to I need to burn to maintain my weightloss?

Ive lsot weight until ima round 10.57% bodyfat.I want to maintain that loss, how many caloreis would I need to burn to maintain it.
I do weights 3 times a week for 45 mins, how much cardio would I need to do?

    As much as you take in burn what you eat after taking what your body needs to exist on and that is governed by your health condition at the time
    2000 calories to stay alive and do the important things eat sit watch tv go the bathroom Maybe go to work

    So any and every thing over 2000 calories is a starting place the scale will be the boss as to if you are doing enough

    If you do Weightwatchers and you get to you ideal weight there is a way to calculate how many points you need to maintain. I would be on 18 points a day a would keep losing weight, on maintenance i would be on 23 points a day and would stay the same. I don’t know of any other way to calculate it.

    since you do 3 days of weights, try 2 to 3 days of cardio with interval training with interval you only need 25 to 30 min.
