How many calories should I take in a day?

I really want my abs to show, but I have a little stomach fat. I hear you need 10% body fat to get abs to show. How many calories can I take in per day to achieve that goal?

I work out 3 times a week.
-30 mins cardio (elliptical trainer on cardio mode)
-1.5 hours of weight training.. I work my entire body.

how many calories do you lose per day by just doing normal everyday activities? also, is it true that the more muscle you have the more calories you burn off per day?

    You should up your cardio if you want to lose body fat otherwise you’re just building muscle under your fat. The better shape your muscles are in, the more fat you will burn when you’re at rest.
