There are tests developed by the medical profession that can tell you exactly how many you burn, but without the tests you may not know. There are websites that will allow you to input your body size and they give you a good estimate to what your body actually burns. Every person is different because every person’s thyroid manages their metabolism different.

That would depend on what you mean by “naturally.” If you mean with out any activity whatsoever, like just lying in bed all day, then (of course this varies depending on your height, weight, and body composition) about 1200. Tough, I don’t know any of said information, so I can’t say for sure

here’s a way to figure it out that’s pretty close.
your weight x 10= how many calories your body burnes to function
example: if you weigh 200 pounds…your body burned 2000 calories.
if you only eat 1700 a day and burn 200 a day, you can lose 1 pound a week.
