How many calories a day should i be eating?

I’m trying to loose weight, i eat really healthy like fruits and vegetables tofu egg whites, that sort of stuff but I only eat about 600 calories a day. I walk two miles every day and do 200 abs/crunches every day. Will eating 600 calories a day speed up or slow down my process to losing weight quickly?

    Hey, you should aim for between 1200-1500 for healthy weight loss. Going below this will just slow your metabolism so won’t help you lose weight in the long run.
