How long will it take to lose weight with the Ab longe and Treadmill?
I am going to Panama City in May and I weigh 125 and want to tone up my belly from having kids and also my legs and butt. I have a Ab Lounge and Treadmill and needed to know what I should do to lose this little bit of weight? Do I need to eat certain foods also? Will I be able to loose it within 6 weeks?

Depends on age, activity and family history. I was told fat cells have these characteristics: 1) increase as we age, and, 2) once created never destroyed. So if many fat cells have already proliferated, then diet and exercise can only shrink them by draining them of oils and converting to energy.
So the keys here are: 1) eating a Spartan diet and 2) staying active. You can never be fat if your body never creates fat cells. Don’t use “weight” as a measure of health but energy and strength. I would suggest that you gain muscle weight.

There is no exact answer to this. There are many variables – so the 6 week question is too specific for a serious answer. But as far as the “certain foods” go, you can follow any diet within reason that limits your calorie and fat intake. That combined with exercise will get the job done.
If you weigh 125, you probably don’t have much to lose… so good luck! And ENJOY your trip!!

My spouse and i have been quite relieved Louis could deal with his investigations from your precious recommendations he got when using the site. It is now and again perplexing to just be offering helpful hints which many people might have been making money from. We see we need the writer to thank for that. Most of the explanations you have made, the simple web site navigation, the relationships you will give support to foster – it’s many extraordinary, and it’s making our son and us consider that the content is enjoyable, which is tremendously mandatory. Thank you for the whole lot!
