How long do you have to power walk (~30 min a day) to see results in slimmer,toned thighs?

I started a month ago and I have been power walking about 30 minutes a day. I am 5’2 and 100 pounds and I want to make my legs more toned because my torso is a little long and my legs are a little short compared to my whole body. Does it take a month? a year? to make my legs more toned?

    You’re already pretty petite. So I don’t think it would be too difficult for you to tone.
    I would suggest power walking up hill, or run stairs, for half an hour every other day.
    Also try lunges,and squats and yoga and pilates, both are excellent for toning. You can usually get cheap DVDs of them that you can do in your living room.
    Bike riding is also amazing for toning your legs.

    I would say you should notice your toning up in 2 weeks as power walking is a very good exercise
