im a teenage girl and like all of us i want to be skinny. however, i dont have 2 months right now to shed that weight i so desperately want to lose.
i am leaving in 10 days for palm desert with my girls for my birthday and i want to lose as much weight as possible by next saturday 🙂 please help me.

crash dieting isn’t good. you get extra skin which makes you look like an elephant because your body’s skin cells can’t keep up with you loosing weight, and you gain it back ,sometimes even more!! just eat right. don’t do abs tho, it’ll make your stomach look thicker and bigger

Yes hun, but please continue to eat healthy foods. What you are describing is what we refer to as Interval Training. And yes it is the most rapid way to lose fat and get tone when combined with moderate weight training. As with any cardio exercise within fourty minutes you are no longer burning extra calories. Thus the need for tissue development to continue to burn calories while you sleep even!!
The bigest mistake we see in the industry is starvation diets. This puts your body in storage mode. Best bet is minimum of four small meals a day with protein within 15 minutes of weights training.

Eggs, spaghetti, refried beans and red tea will help you. No sense in eating watermelon, diet coke or even Dr. Pepper right now. Fiber is important and if you want to know how to lose some weight, get a calculator and, say you’re looking at a nutrition label: type in the sugar gram number, press the division key, now the carbohydrate number; now press the = sign. Move the decimal point to the right two spaces. That is the percentage of ‘bad sugar.’ Find a product with lower sugar. This is the way to go and you don’t have to worry about calories, but I’m pretty sure you can’t put a 2,400 calorie pizza in your tummy or go about all that crust. That’s how it works.
