Really there is no fast way. No healthy way that is. The best you can do is work out and use portion control and common-sense.

Eat less and exercise. I lost 5 stone (70 pounds) by eating a bowl of cereal for breakfast, a proper meal for lunch and a bowl of cereal for dinner and no snacks and I went on a 25 minute jog every morning. The jogging increased to 50 minutes as I got fitter.
