How Fast Can I Loose Weight?

I am going to start excersizing tomorrow… and stay at 5 days a week, mon-fri, as well as eating a portioned balanced diet (5 smaller healthy meals a day), no soda, and no sweets. I’ve been reading different stories about loosing weight fast. So how fast can I loose weight considering all of this? Could I loose 30 pds in 2 months?

    Losing 30 lbs in 2 months may be too fast. Just lose what you can and don’t do too much or push yourself too far. Good luck.

    You can healthly lose weight 5 pounds a week in the first two weeks. Then after that 2-3 pounds a week. But how much you do lose depends on how hard you work, what you eat, and your body chemistry.

    no…and you trying to start with 5 days a week may be unrealistic depending on how long you excersize. if you start off with say 30 minutes a day, even if its in 10 minute sesions 3 times a day and working up to an hour as it gets easier to do…it will still only equal about 10 lbs in 2 months if you stick with it…and you might find that 10 lbs of fat turned into muscle is enough..i went down 3 pants sizes and gained 20 lbs by doing what you are doing with the diet and 3 10 minute workouts a day….and i couldnt be happier…it isnt the number that matters its the results…and it took me 3 months to drop the pants sizes, but a size a month isnt bad.

    healthily (meaning the way that the weight will stay off for good because the bodyand metabolism gets used to it), you can lose 2.2 pounds a week (1kg where i’m from) any more and you probably will put it back on again

    KESH is right! 2.2 per week is safe. Don’t look at the numbers, you will feel great and your body will become more toned and more balanced. Good Luck.
