How do you safely lose weight without diet pills?

I’m fourteen and i have a really bad body image.

I have seriously considered cutting and bulimia before, and i need to know a safe way (like a safe diet or something) to lose weight.

I’ve tried not eating, but that doesn’t work. I exercise regularly but I just can’t lose the weight. Help?

Try exercising longer, or doing a physical sport that takes more energy (running). If working out by yourself isn’t fun for you, join a recreational team (like basketball) where someone is always watching you, so you can’t quit. I think this would be the best option for you.

    NEVER try not eating or diet pills. Both are seriously dangerous for you, and honestly it just isn’t worth it. I’m sure your body image isn’t as bad as what your making it out to be. I’m sure your smokin hot and the more you work out, the better you will look in time. You just need patience

    Increase the intensity of your exercise program. Weight lose all comes down to calories consumed and calories used. Try kettlebell training, great for high intensity interval training, as well as for building strength and for hacking fat off. As far as your diet goes, eliminate all processed carbs, eat lots of protein and good fats.
