How do you lose weight without losing your “assets”?

Lately I have been exercising and watching my portion sizes in order to lose weight. I’ve been doing well, however, I’m losing too much of my butt! I’ve always been ‘blessed’ in the butt area, and now that I’ve lost 14 lbs it seems like thats the only place I’m losing. I hardly notice weight loss in the stomach and lower back and upper arms which are the main areas I want to lose. I don’t want to lose any more of my butt at all. Is it the exercises i’m doing or what?

    I am so happy that there is a woman out there that doesnt want to loose the caboose! Alot of women store fat in the thighs and butt just like guys in their midsection. The key for you is to keep doing what you doing but dont be afraid to squat with heavier weight or do weighted lunges to keep those curves!
