How do you lose weight with a treadmill. I need to lose approx. 20lbs. What do you eat, how should you use the treadmill, like everything. How do you lose weight with a treadmill. and how long should it take to lose 20 lbs?

    Stop using it to dry your towels, turn it on, and march on it for 30-45 minutes 5 days a week. It doesn’t matter if you walk or run, just get on it. You’ll lose the weight in 2-4 months depending on what you’re eating and how intense your workout is. If you hate to exercise, just walk on it. It takes longer to lose the weight but if you’re moving you’re burning calories.
