    The most a week I would recommend to lose is 2-3 pounds, though some people on the first week lose a little more which motivates them to keep on losing weight although it does get really tough as time goes on.

    You should be drinking 8 glasses of water a day, eating lots of protein (meats, egg, etc) and having 4-5 meals a day every 2-3 hours. Be sure they are “small” meals though.

    Eat lots of fruit and vegies and make sure your biggest meal is at the start of the day.

    Also, cut out all junk foods & sweets and packaged foods. Stick to natural and healthy foods.

    For exercise I recommend you jog every morning for about 20 minutes or so. Maybe try aerobics? Go to the gym go on the tredmill and jog/walk fast and do some muscle toning and strength exercises (crunches, weights, sit ups, push ups, etc) along with lots of cardio. Walk as much as you can! and remember that cardio is all about sweating and keeping the heartbeat up.

    i have done it 3 times in 2 years and each time for about 2 weeks, i loost about a stone I LOOK AMAZING, but during the diet you basically dont eat anything solid for 14days! just maple syrup n lemon!
    it is extreame not for the light hearted but im a model, and for a show i have to be on my a game!

    research it if you think your woman enough!! lol

    Don’t do wierd diets or starve yourself, that just puts you on an IV feed at the hospital. Im training for the RAF and I have to say exerise and healthy eating is you best bet, I’ve dropped so much wieght its unbelieveable, no weird pills or diets. But obviously dont try to lose wieght if you don’t need to my GF was 9 stone and tried it, hospital for 2 months.

    If you eat like crap, exercise like crap most likely your body is going to realize good food and dieting almost instantly and start burning the weight. Why can’t people lose weight the way everyone else has to?

    usually the most radical forms of weight loss are the most unhealthy and short lived. For long lasting results you need to change your life style. change your eating habbits and exercise daily. constantly push yourself and keep your goals in mind for motivation.

It works wonders, your suppose to lose 1 pant size in 6 days but i did it and when I started I was a size 13 and now im a 9.     The problem with your question is that if you look in “search for questions” it comes up 30 times every day. I have had some criticism for repeatedly using the same answer, but since I am happy with my answer, and the questions are the same, I don’t see the issue with recycling the same answer.

    ‘Diet Pills’ gives 607, Green tea 482, Hoodia 195, ‘pink patch’ 119, ‘Xenical’ 91 ‘Reductil’ 78, ‘Slim fast’ 215 (and Slimfast 69 ), lipotrim 44 and ‘orlistat’ 40 . Do you spot a pattern here? OMG that is 60,000 questions with the same basic theme, wanting to lose weight!

    Here comes the only answer, no tricks, no pills, no short cuts, If you really want to lose weight, loose weight, not be too fat or overweight, follow these instructions carefully:-

    1) Eat less
    2) Take regular vigorous exercise

    Repeat 1 + 2 forever

    Prepare a full quart of lukewarm water and add two level (rounded for the Canadian quart) teaspoons of uniodized sea salt. Do not use ordinary iodized salt as it will not work property.
    Drink the entire quart of salt and water first thing in the morning. This must be taken on an empty stomach.
    The salt and water will not separate but will stay intact and quickly and thoroughly wash the entire tract in about one hour.

    It tasted disgusting, but if you really want to lose the weight, then I guess you will just have to try and stomach it.. Good luck!

    If you really want to lose weight and have a healthy body then you need to do two things. Just two things. They are called EATING HEALTHY AND EXCERCISE!!!!!!!

    First of all you have to eat a healthy diet. This doesn’t mean go on a crappy fad diet or starve yourself!!! It means that you make sure you eat 4 or even 5 small to medium meals a day. Each meal, apart from breakfast, (preferably fibre rich with fruit) should have a combination of protien (chicken/fish/soya etc), carbohydrates (pasta/rice/potatoes/etc), and vitamins, minerals and antioxidants (fresh fruit and veg). There are many easy ways to incorporate all these into every meal. This also doesn’t mean you can never have pizza/takeaway/chocolate/etc, just save them for the occassional treat.

    Secondly you need to EXCERCISE. Cardio excercise is anything that will get you out of breath, your heart rate pumping and you sweating (running, swimming, cycling, etc) and is necessary for burning calories, shedding body fat and improving your overall fitness levels. Strength training basicaly improves the muscles and tones your body, this comes from weight training, core training (sit ups/planks/etc), stretching (such as yoga) and dynamic training. This is necessary to keep your body strong and supple and will also help you lose weight and tone up.

    This is only an extremely brief overview, but both of these are necessary to lose weight healthily, keep it off, and have a strong healthy body.
