I need to lose weight on my butt and thighs fast and what kind of exercises can I do?

    & clench your butt cheeks a lot during the day…sounds funny but it works.

    well unfortunatley u cnat reli loose fat ‘fast’-unless u try liposuction which is expensive, vry painfull and sumtyms does not wrk-
    it takes hard wrk and commitment
    i suffer frm da same problem and id lyk to recommend these 2 gr8 exercies:
    1]SQUATS
    2] LUNGES
    these work your thighs and butt muscles and help to firm and tone them
    u can also try running or brisk walking-mayb on a tredmill and skipping- 2 skips is equivilant to buring 1 calorie-not much wrk is it?
