How do you lose stomach fat super fast?

I have a school dance on Thursday and I want to look my best. But I have A LOT of stomach fat… how can I loose a lot of it in 5 days? Any tips?

    No. It is not humanly possible.
    You should have prepared for this when you found out about the event months ago.
    Cardio, lots of water and lots of veggies will do it….in 6 months or so.

    serious stomach crunching, leg lifts forward and backward…pull your knees up to your face while standing still.

    run run and run some more…do you have a stomach wheel?

    well u cant lose alot at all, the only thing u could possibly do is starve urself for 5 days straight then ull loose weight..but who wants to do that…

    5 days? are you kidding me? you can healthily lose about a pound a week. what your asking for would take a miracle, unless you starve yourself, but once you eat again you gain all of the weight back so there is no point

    …umm youre gunna have to like excersise alot likee ab stuff and then eat healthyy like just eat salad without dressing and stuff like that..but you HAVE to do both in order to lose it.. im not sure it can take 5 days though…?

    I usual eat green and healthy food and play dance dance revolution. i’m not sure if that will work that quickly, but it sure gets me workin’ because i do really fast songs. also, try running up and down 4 flights of stairs each day. it helps m because i lose some energy and clench my stomach. it works for me! ^^

    The only true way to lose it is to RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN for probably about a year at least an hour or so a day. If you really want to lose it do cardio and sit up and push ups work those muscles. Don’t use steriods or surgery that is only momentary it will come back. You feel better when you do it yourself. GOOD LUCK !!!!
