How do you lose fat while NOT building muscle on your calves?
It first, my calves were large and 100% pure muscle. so I started long-distance running and it cut the muscle. But now, the muscle is fat. I don’t want to go back to my bulky calves or have flappy calves. What do I do?

As long as you’re burning all your cals every day you’ll have a hard time building muscle. Also, try riding a bike or something that doesn’t target your calves for cardio.
