How do you lose fat in your thigh fast?

Im skinny but my thighs are fat from genes in my family. Please help me try to lose all the weight in my thighs please help. Any suggestions but make it easy becuase im only 14 no ordering or surgery or nothing. Thanxs

    You cant lose fat in a specific place. You CAN lose fat overall (including your thighs). The most important thing is to work out your calorie intake and lower that. If you are already doing that do some exercise to burn some more calories

    If ur in highschool i suggest u take weight training if u you have fat in your thighs they help u leg press your thighs and ur cabs and it is a easy work just try it or just go to the gym.

    Run or the bike. I have sort of big thighs and i wanted to tone my legs in two months. I definitely did. Doing squats will help you tone or a leg press.
