I’ve been walking and jogging a little everyday (30-60mins)
I’ve been doing ab workouts and push ups to build muscle
I’ve been eating healthy foods
In the past month I’ve noticed I was just losing more weight than belly fat

    Here’s the secret ingredient: patience!!! You are too impatient! I was, too, but then I learned to wait.

    May I also suggest that you not just do ab workouts and pushups? Try squats, lunges, arm curls, and a variety of other full body exercises. Plus, if your working your ab muscles every day, they don’t have to rest and repair themselves.

    Try just working abs every other day; you will get results (if your patient!)
