How do you lose belly fat after having a baby?

I had a baby 8 months ago and now I have belly fat/loose skin. I HATE it!! What is the best way to get rid of it without having to get a tummy tuck?

    we did this excercise in cheerleading, and it’s great! get someone to stand behind you and lay on your back. Hold their ankles and keep your legs as straight as possible. Lift them up and the person behind you pushes your legs back down, put them down close to the ground but not all the way, it definitely gives your abbs a major work out! I’d only do like 20 the first time and see how sore you are. Work up by 15 after that. You can have them push them straight down and then you can also have them push your legs to the side to work side muscles. Any way it’s a GREAT stomach workout, should work for you. Also, drink TONS of water, just by doing that I can loose so much weight, try 8-9, 8oz glasses a day, that’s only 4 16oz cups! If you want to you can cut up fresh fruit and add that to your water for some natural flavor (orange, lemon, grapes, etc.) good luck.

    id say the best way to lose the loose skin you get after you have a baby is to do some sit ups and hold fir ten seconds, i did this 4 times a week for 4 5 months and i have a tight,firm belly even tho i ate a lot of crisps and cake :L
