How do you get rid of belly fat and love handles fast?

I really have let my self go over the winter and didnt work out enough in the spring. Im not fat but I have some belly fat that I would love to get rid of. Id like to see my waist lol Any suggestions?

    The only things that have work for me are running and pilates. Trully, run for 20 minutes, 4 times a week and do pialtes 20 minutes 3 times a week and you’ll be in shape in no time. Just cut back on sugar at the same time!

    Well for fast watch ur carbs and do crunchs. But for long term suck in ur stomach as much as u can all day. doing that helps the muscles inside and slowly ur stomach muscles will thighten up… hope it helps it did me….. 🙂

    Work up to jogging 45 min in the morning 4 times a week.

    You can also try to cut out starch, milk. And eat a little fruit before noon, only.

    Have 6 small meals of chicken breast or fish and veggies.

    Decrease your calories about 10% – 20%… But if you starve yourself, you will slow down your metabolism and get fatter…
