How do you continue to lose weight after hitting a slump?
I started dieting in June. Thus far I have lost 25 pounds. I started losing weight because I’m going to Europe and well I want to look good! It’s been a few weeks and I haven’t shed a pound! I am 5’5 and currently weigh 160. I’d like to lose another 30 pounds. I got another 2 weeks left before my trip, hopefully I can lose a bit more before then. I have been traveling a bit, but have maintained my diet; however, I could work out a bit more. Any suggestions on how I can get out of this slump?

I currently am on a diet and the leader i see reckons that if you have a slump like you have to go on a plateau menu plan for a week, so you go back to what you ate the first week you were there to kick start your body again. i find this really helps also drinking plenty of water and maybe eating a little less for a week. Hope this helps
