How do u make yourself physically and mentally fit for a football match in 24 hours?

An Inter batch football tournament is starting from tomorrow. i haven’t played football for a long time. i used to b a striker once.
i practiced for an hour today in a friendly match with my friends…and my legs are aching slightly. what do i do to make myself fit in 24 hours?

    well first off because your legs are aching the best thing to help them recover quickly, for tomorrow, would be to put ice packs on them, or even better, put on a cold bath and add ice to it. then, submerge yourself from the waist down. this would help keep you fit and supple for your game tomorrow.
    as for making yourself physically fit in one day, basically theres nothing you can do there. just make sure you stretch before hand so you are flexible and ready.
    mentally just go over what you have to do, how you’re going to do it.
