How do lose weight in my stomach in about one month?

I tried exercise videos but they just dont work for me. I am also going on a diet to try to lose some weight but I still want to exercise to lose more weight what should I do? I want to exercise at home without spending ANY money or going o the gym. How do I do this?

    You really cant choos where you lose it but if its there to lose you will lose it. try Zumba, that dance video you lose 1000 calories per workout.
