How do i tone up//lose weight fast?
I’m starting college and want to lose about 40 to 50 pounds. I need to get my eating under control and i refuse to use pills of any sort. Does anyone have any exercise plans or diet plans I could follow?? Thanks
I really don’t eat that much, like no fast foods thanks. I eat cereal for breakfast, sandwich for lunch, and what my parents cook for dinner. The weight just won’t leave!

im the same way im trying to lose weight befor school and wont take pills so im eat fruits and veggies and limiting my self to 1,500 calories a day and excersizing 2 times as much as usual

You can stil eat all kinds of food just eat one day and dont eat the day after. then eat the day after that and so on

Lemonade diet. I did it and lost 15 pounds in the first 5 days and kept it off, im going to do it before school starts. Its so easy and fun!! AMAZING!!
