how do i lost weight fast!!!!???? [ btw…. im 13 so no xtreme diets plzz ] ?

ok im a lil chubby and i wanna be more prettier so if u could just give me a food plan and a daily schedule tht would be great! thks

    Drink green tea in the morning because it speeds up your metoblism and I also drink chinese herbals teas.

    Work out for 40 minutes five times a week, and also move around alot.

    eat healthy foods
    and instead of snacking of chocolate.. snack on fruits!

    eat 3 meals a day, and try to gradually make your meals smaller.

    look at the tips above but keep it consistant. the results wont show immediatley so be patient. if you excercise every day one week but only 2 the next, you wont loose weight consistantly and you want see any improvement. hope that helps!
