Unfortunately, you can’t! It is genetic where you lose and gain weight quickest. Have you tried losing weight? Because it may not go from your boobs first. Mine goes from my tummy, my friends goes from her legs. Everyone’s different. So try losing weight. You may lose most around your middle and THEN your boobs – that will make your boobs look bigger compared to your waist. Hope this helps!

Loosing weight fast is always an unhealthy thing.
There are many diets who tell you that you can loose a lot of weight in no time. And it is working, but you are doing no good to your body. And there’s also the Jojo-effect.
The best thing to loose and hold a healthy weight is healthy food, less sugar, lots of drinking water, and sports.
Diet has to begin in your head. And you already started to think about your nutrition. That’s an important step. It is too easy just to make a magazine-diet for 2-3 weeks and loose some weight. But it will come back soon again. If you are over-thinking your nutrition and activity, you will have a constantly good result. Isn’t that much better and healthier than a crash-diet ?

    Take care,

    🙂

    Yes, try these diet plan:

Diet cravings are normal, and the goal is to find creative ways to overcome them. They are a major cause of diet failure, but there are many simple ways to help curb the urge to overdo it with chocolate, candy, or your favorite cheesecake.

Have regular meals throughout the day. Cravings occur when we are hungry. Snacking a lot can happen as a quick alternative to a regular meal, if a person is in a hurry. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and a nice hardboiled egg, some oatmeal and perhaps a piece of fruit should hold off those cravings until lunchtime.

Sometimes just the smell or slight taste of a favorite treat can also delay the urge to just grab it and chow down. Perhaps a stick of gum, or a vanilla candle burning, or peppermint or other herb from a vaporizer can give your body a little non-caloric treat that will satisfy those urges.

People can get depressed if they don’t exercise. It’s a catch 22 situation as when we are depressed, we crave carbohydrates. A chemical produced in our brain, called serotonin, makes us feel happy. If we are getting low amounts of serotonin, then we feel depressed.

As people who are struggling with weight control often use food to comfort themselves, more exercise is a great alternative and doing it release the serotonin, thus further reducing the cravings.

If your self esteem is at a low point, or something or a project has you bothered, then the cravings may pick up. Give yourself an ego boost by either telling yourself that you are a worthy person, or accomplishing a task that makes you feel good. Helping others has been known to give a person a great sense of accomplishment and self esteem.

When people consume sugars and fats, a certain amount of endorphins are released. This could come from the cavemen (and women) ancestors’ diet. After a large meal of game roasted over a fire, and perhaps some wild honey, they probably sat around in the cave, full of endorphins and feeling satisfied.

In this day and age we receive far more endorphins through exercise. Increasing this chemical in our bodies goes a long way to control those cravings. Treats should be eaten in limited amounts, but not removed from our diets altogether. A few good treats are dark chocolate (the higher the cocoa amount the better), or a small piece of banana with a teaspoon of peanut butter on it.

.’They’ are right, you don’t choose where you lose weight from (your body does). You can pad your bra or get implants…get the fat off. It’s not worth being overweight to have boobs. If your breasts were the size they are now before you gained weight, chances are weight loss won’t affect them. If they got larger as you gained, then expect them to get smaller as you lose.

I went from a “B” cup to a “D” and back when I gained weight and lost it. I don’t regret for a moment that I’m no longer obese. My breasts are small and saggy now (from having been big for years, then losing the weight too fast) but I can wear pretty bras to lift them, make them look bigger, and a ‘lift’ and implants are definitely on my mind. Even if I don’t go that route though, I wouldn’t want the fat back.

You are more than your boobs…take care of you.
