How do I lose weight without going on a diet?

I am 30 years old and have always been thin, but within the past year have gained more weight than ever before! I am now up to 130, which is the heaviest I have ever been. I used to weigh around 120 or less and had no problem with weight. I do not have the money to buy expensive healthy food because I still live at home with my parents and am currently on unemployment. What are some easy, cheap ways to lose about 10-15 pounds?

    well you don’t have to buy expensive food to eat good. It’s about portion and carb control. You can google information about your required daily intake for cheaper results or seek paid help.
    Beside that…Run, forest, RUN! Start exercising. Exercising will burn off all your extra weight in no time. If you exercise for a min of an hour a day / 6 days a week you’ll see results in no time.
