Let’s try getting up from behind the computer and going outside and walking.
Diet and exercise is the only true and safe way. All other methods either don’t deliver or when stopped you gain back same and most times more.

Eat only fresh fruit and veggies, lean meat, a little dairy, and drink plenty of water, Be sure to move around as much as you can..Walk as much as you can. Keep busy and it should come off without any trouble.

Switch to a barrier method. Once the excess hormone is out of your system, you’ll find it much easier to get back to your original size. Keep in mind, as estrogen is stored in fat tissue you may experience spotting between periods as you lose weight (with careful eating and exercise, of course).

There has never been much publicity about how insidious the side effects of hormonal BC use can be. Not to mention what kind of health problems can develop with long term use. The drug companies insist that the pill is safe. Yeah, as long as you don’t mind carrying an extra 20-30# for the rest of your adult life and be subject to thyroid and adrenal problems later on from continuing to load your body with excessive SYNTHETIC estrogen and progesterone.
