What the? You’re BMI is 17.8
Which means you’re underweight.
Your BMI is supposed to be higher than like 18.5.
Why do you NEED to lose weight? I’m pretty sure you’re already at some of the smallest sizes in clothing possible.

Your gonna crave food, and you will give in.
So make sure you have things in the house that are only healthy and no junk food.

Of course you are aware with a BMI already below that which is considered healthy that the last thing you need to do is lose more weight. Clearly you have body dysmorphic syndrome and are in quite urgent need of some medical/psychiatric help.

Well if you’re eating too much, the key is to do everyday activities that prevent from eating:
1. Brush your teeth all the time – I hate to eat after I brush my teeth since food tastes disgusting.
2. Sleep more – I tend to lose weight during summer because I wake up late and have a late breakfast giving me 3-4 hours until dinner.
3. Use the toilet a lot – Drink lots of water so that you take frequent trips to the bathroom. Not only does this get rid of the food you eat more frequently, but it kills a good 40 mins if you have some great reading material (or take your laptop with you(?))
4. The hardest one to do is to stay away from home – You eat the most when you’re at home. You have to think up reasons for why you want to stay away – parents arguing, its too cold, dont wanna work at home, etc.

Well to answer your question it would take ime but here is a workout or thing that might help :
1)Stop eating and excercise intensely. (time consumed: about a week, maybe)
2) Dehydrate yourself. Do not drink any water, and you can lose up to 10 pounds (time consumed: a day or two)
3) Get lipo-suction (time consumed: idk, i guess a few hours)
4) Cut off a limb. (time consumed: instantaneous)

My wife lost over 60 pounds last year through eating the right things. She has an extremely bad back and is unable to exercise at all. All of the weight she lost was through proper dieting alone.
I had her feed me according to the same diet and I lost 30 pounds in about 16 weeks, but I also exercised.

you need to find an exercise and eating (notice I didn’t say DIET) plan that works for you;
You also need to find a strenuous physical activity that you actually enjoy, it might just be walking.
Pretty soon your friends will be asking you for advice!

If you don’t do exercise, then I only can tell you that you will lose weight in unhealthy way.
Stay up late, wake up early.
Eat 3 light meals per day. Never eat late at night.
sleep until noon at the weekend then you will cut off breakfast
but you should also take vitamins.

The only thing that worked for me is the glycemic load diet. My cravings stopped after 3 days.
At 5 foot I weighed 160 and now I’m down to 100 and holding at 3 plus years.
Hope it works for you. There are several books on the subject. I bought one and the rest is history.
