how do i lose weight quickly but not starving myself?

i know im young and i shouldnt be worried about my weight but i am heavy and i want to lose weight. whats a good way to lose weight quickly and get muscle?

Make sure to constantly switch up your workout routine to really challenge your body:) Don’t count calories or weight yourself daily; these are unhealthy habits. Be patient and ambitious, and you should see results fairly soon.

    get this book at your local bookstore its quite cool and i dont even like to read its called “eat this not that” and it shows you what junk food is the healthiest to eat so if you don’t want to give up funk food you can at least eat a little healthier. And what that other chick said.
