How do I lose weight from only my waist line?

I do not want to lose weight from my bust or bottom, only my waist line. I’m not over weight but I could stand to lose a few pounds. i have a somewhat petite frame. My measurments are 38-25.5-36. I would like to lose two or three inches off of my waist and I think I can do it since I can feel that I have fat not muscle.

    lol i wish there was an answer to this! but you have to work out, there are exercises specifically meant to tone out your stomach which i’m not sure but i’m sure theres a site made by some personal trainer out there :P. but the key fact is ***** you can’t shrink a certain area, you have to start working out to burn total body fat =]

    I have heard that the “dairy” diet works on giving a waist more definition, that means only eating dairy products in order to get a smaller waist, however i don’t know how accurate that is. Also, doing abdominal exercises help (sit-ups, curl-ups etc.) One that I’ve tried for myself and helped me was for 15 minutes a day I would stand on my tip-toes a hands on a table top and hold as far as my arms could reach while interchanging my legs to move diagonally to my waist (if that made sense) I hope that helps! however you seem to have a kim kardashian waist line =]

    You can’t spot reduce, but your waist is already very small in relation to your other measurements. If you really want an even smaller waist then I’d suggest buying a corset.

    you can’t lose wiegt in only one certain area but there is a to lose weigtn still have your curvy shape just eat healthy n have a workout plan one lower body n one day upper body n have one day of rest (eating healthy doesn’t mean eatin small means less on dairy products don’t eat fried food unless you give urself one cheatind day a week drink lotz of water n make sure ur eatin good amount of protien) hope this helps
